1. How long will the delivery take from the time I order?
We will arrange to deliver your order within 3 days after the payment are confirmed. Normally, you can receive your order within 5-8 business days when it is shipped out. We will email you the tracking number to check shipping status online.
2. What is meant by automatic, chronograph, and quartz?
Automatic, or self-winding, means the watch has a self-winding mechanism which allows it to run on its own without batteries. The advantage is, batteries are not required. The disadvantage is, they should be serviced every few years to make sure they run smoothly.
Chronograph watches are the little dials (or 'clocks') which appear within the watches themselves and are always fully functional on our watches. They are normally used as stopwatch timers.
Quartz means the watch runs on a battery. One disadvantage is, they normally have fewer markings and details than self-winding watches, and you have to change the battery so often.
3. Who pays for the Duty and Taxes on international shipments?
We will not charge any duty for an international order. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
4. What is the difference between Japanese and Swiss made watches?
Swiss watches use 25 jewels Titonic ETA automatic movement from Swiss while Japanese watches have 25 jewels Miyota automatic movement from Japan;
Swiss watches use solid stainless steel with similar weight of an original instead of solid stainless steel applied in Japanese watches.
5. What's your means of shipping?
All watches ordered from watchescat.com are shipped via EMS .We will inform you with tracking No. by email as soon as your order is shipped out
6. Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, all of our watches are water-resistant.

Products sold by watchescat.com are made with quality materials and with proper care can last many years.

9. What can I do if I'm not satisfied with the quality?
Contact watchescat.com within 48 hours upon reception of your watch if you wish to pursue an exchange or want other solutions.
10. Do you stock any brands that are not shown on your website?
Yes, we are about to add more products in the future as we currently do have many new styles in stock. If you can't find the watch you want on our site, please send us a picture of the exact model you want and we will let you know if we have it in stock.
